Hi all, hope u are doing well,

I just have some questions regarding promotion and years of experience, that I can't find the answer, I reached out to my HM as well HM doesn't want to answer those questions, HM seems to hide something or HM just using me without proper appreciation,

The first thing I have completed 3 years already, first year I was on bench next two years I was working in non billable role, when I asked about promotion, HM said I will get once I am billable, now I am billable for last 3 months in same project, when I ask now for promotion since I have already completed 3 years it already 1 year late right ? HM says I need to have 75% utilisation, is that true ? Should I need to have those, also fyi, before the hike announcement that is nov HM said I will be getting promoted on OCt, after been billable for 90 days now utilisation, is HM just postponed my promotion because of Hike announcement? does HM don't want me to get Hike after promoting?

Please pour your real honest answer, I am worried mentally like HM is just using me
