I checked with my supervisor regarding promotion. She said it seems like an auto promotion since I didn't meet the eligible criteria. I have 2 years and 10 months of experience. If this June 25 comes, I will be completing 3 years.
When is the auto promotion from PA -> A? When can I expect?
No it's not the case, first you will get an e.ail that you're eligible for promotion, then you ask your project manager to promote you, in same project they can they have a quota for promotion, if they don't promote you and promotion is priority for you then you can switch to a different project there you will get promoted position
There is no auTo promotion like that
If you follow the eligibility of promotion like RTO as per project, 75% above utilisation, 30 months , so there are 3 4 eligibility categories if you are following then automatically it will be done. You should have got the promotion but I think in any of the categories you are failing... because my joining is 26 june 2022 i got in Q1-2025.
So, if I fail any one of these criteria when will I be getting promotion?
They are fooling you. It's all depends upon manager at least 1yr required then if your manager wants they can do anything. Ratings are in their hands. Pitching your name is in their hands.
I am working remotely and my TruTime Topups are not getting approved from last 14 days, what is happening? If TruTime is not getting approved will that impact my salary? My Timesheet are approved anyways.
