Trending @Cognizant; Regarding Promotion

Hi… i am working as a PA and i had completed my 2.3years in cognizant. My promotion will happen in April but i did not received any mail and anythis from my HM. I am on bench from past two month and my rating is also 5/5 can i ask my manager about my promotion or any suggestion??
