Recently, CTS has started using ProHance to monitor employees literally every single minute. This step feels highly illogical and demotivating. Instead of building trust and empowering people to focus on productivity and innovation, this kind of micromanagement only creates unnecessary pressure.
Work should be measured by outcomes and results, not by constantly tracking screens and keystrokes. Such measures may hurt morale more than they improve performance.
I strongly believe organizations should invest in trust, flexibility, and growth rather than extreme surveillance.
It is for specific projects alone, Prohance and remote desktop does not apply for all.
Yea, they're experimenting with projects across Account wise... If everyone doesn't install or deny it, they'll roll back. That's what happened with my project!
Where can i find out they are monitoring??
How could i know if it is there or not?
