I have completed 31 months, but I didn’t get any mail for promotion my utilisation also above 80, rating is 3 and I followed rto as well When can I expect my promotion My HM got a mail with subject like - People leader actions - new promotes in your team. One of your team members get promoted But there is no name mentioned in that email is it just me or what will be the process
