In hand I have one offer and currently I am on the bench if I resigned they will not allow me to serve the notice period.In case if they are not allowed to serve notice period will they give 3months pay?

Discuss payment to hr, once ur in bench, when u have resigned immediately within a week they will settle and tell us to leave. Once u just confirm with hr before resigning
