Can someone confirm if SA promotion are happening in CTS? Also can someone tell about %hike. And how long will it take if the SO is created. And what all are the next steps until we get promotion letter?
A to SA promotion happens via IJM program. Hike is 10-15% max in Net salary. Variablr pay increase to 70K. Two to 4 weeks once SO created. SO need to be converted to IJM and then allocation will be initiated.once everything approved and SO closed, then promotion will be effective starting next month.
@ClosedHat7 what do you mean by net salary? Like hike 15% would be on total ctc i.e. fixed+variable? Out of new ctc 70k would be the new SA role variable you mean?! Also do we need to accept/approve this SO from our end. Or this would be automatically done ?!
Yes 15% hike on Total ctc(fixed +variable). Out of new ctc 70k is variable pay. Once SO created, you manager need to follow up with TSC team for IJM conversion. once IJM converted, SO matching score against your skills should greater than 60% . Then hiring manager can raise allication you need to ensure that your skills matches with SO specified skills.
