Trending @Cognizant; Regarding A Promotion Hike

I have a doubt regarding the hike after promotion. If anyone got 3 and another got 4, then after promotion the hike should be the same for both or will differ.... Any idea ❓

I joined in 2022 got 4 star ratings in 2023 and 2024 and got promotion in June 2024. I got hike of 7 LPA. And 1 of my colleague joined with me got 3 rating both year and got promoted with me and 6.5 LPA package.
