Trending @Cognizant; Reduce Notice Period By 30 Days

Hi Everyone,

I need one help, how can I reduce my notice period by at least 30 days. I have 15 days of earned leaves and I am also open to buyout. My project manager is also agreeing but, the Business Unit management is not agreeing. By any chance, can I do something?

Any clause which can help me to get it done?
