Trending @Cognizant; Received warning mail after Advisory mail
I received an Advisory mail from HR team to report to office 5 days from base location Hyderabad, I requested for a project release due to Location constraints. As I wanted Mumbai location. I am on Bench now so I got my location changed with the help of My PDP manager. They changed it and it is reflecting since Friday. Also my shift was mentioned as 11:30-9:30 pm that also I got changed on Friday to 9-6pm . So what is the meaning of warning letter..will they terminate if not reported this week??

I got a final mail after the warning that you have 72 hours to reply to our mail....all things written wrong about me not following RTO and have no interest in upskilling myself and find projects..it's been 22 days we gave you salary for no work....we can't continue to do this further. I am going to office from 2nd of August and communicating ADP team and HR person who sent me warning mail earlier.
They all have responded to me fine ok .
Still getting this 3rd email , they have put some clauses against me.
As if some court hearing is happening.
They basically doesn't wants to keep us for more than a month , so all these falso allegations.
