Trending @Cognizant; Received Termination letter

I got a termination letter, as I denied the opportunity of Bangalore location due to health issues. I've sent genuine medical reports for consideration, however they said that it's unreasonable. I got the project, however they delayed the allocation and now they are not responding. As per letter, they will pay all dues with notice pay. I'm not sure how many months of salary will be paid. They also suggested resigning in 7 days. However I'm not sure, if I'll get the same compensation as termination, if I resign. HR is not responding.

Did they terminated you or asked you to resign?

They gave me 7 days to resign else they would have terminated me. I submitted a resignation and i was released on the same day.

You will not get an experience letter if they terminate..

Why you guys are resigned? If you resign then you will not be getting any extra month salary
If they terminate you then they have to provide 3 or 4 month salary..

This is the reason they are forcing you guys to resign instead of directly terminate you

And what about leaves will i get any amount for those leaves? As I’m going to resign on 31st so my LWD will be 31st or 25th?

I'm having similar doubts. Did you receive your salary on 31st when you resigned or did it get credited with the compensation? Also, can you confirm if you received the compensation after you resigned. There are only questions but no answers by those who received them. It would really help me and many others who are having this dilemma. Please reply.
