I have received eletter for the Q4 promotion and it is effective from Jan 1st 2025.
What if somebody don't go to office since 2 plus months and completed 2 years 4 months and got 4 rating , will that be eligible for promotion and if not then when he will get promoted?
Bro 2 year 6 months from doj should be there , and rto 2.5 days / week in last 3 months. They are checking rto strictly.
Can you please let me know what is the process of getting nominated
Bro there is no nominations , HRs provide list of eligible associates to Managers and managers confirms the promotion.

And do you know the process like how to check whether in the Excel we have our name from hr or not
Rating - 5 , yes 30 months completed in dec, Managers gets the list of eligible associates from HR and manager confirms the promotion from their end.
