Finally received E-Letter with a hike of approximately 1.5% as I received 2 ratings. I was not at all happy with 2 ratings
Even I got 2 rating after finally getting project and performing really well, even the client appreciated but my home manager said it's before of some stupid Bell curve this rating has been given. I was alt least expecting 4, but he said coz of policy I have you 3 and the management further shifted to 2. What the hell is this and this mere hike is shit 😂
Well I had the same convo with my HM. I worked my ass off in the project, even had good feedback from Client and PM but my HM gave a shitty reason that my org metrics are very low( which was absolutely not) so he had given 3 but system downgraded it to 2..
Seems like company has fabricated the system to tweak everyone’s ratings to as low as it can
Same here I got 2 rating and hike way too less
