Hi team,I have received a show cause mail, i declined project due to location constraint and I have also sent a mail that i declined project due to location. Tomorrow my personal hearing call. Please suggest me how to deal with it . The upper limit of employment has fallen.
Ask them some time. Explain them your last year performance and try to ask 2-3 more weeks
No no ... The problem is I decline the project due to location constraint do you know how to handle it they will ask me some questions but I am not prepare how to deal with it
To be frank, they may listen to whatever you say. But finally they're on their way to go as per the formalities
Sorry to say. But they won't listen to anything. They are asking for forced resignation without any reason other than aging days. So, in your case they got one more reason and they will do everything to force you to resign.
PS- I hope you get some solution other than resignation.
You have just 5-6 left in Cognizant so better to resign just after your hearing and search for better options.
What's your bench aging time.
Was your manager aware of the location restraints and is the location you were hired for the same as the work allocated.
