Hello All,

I received a Advisory letter email for the first time during my bench period in regards with RTO mandate from the base location i.e Hyderabad.

I cannot relocate to Hyderabad as my father health is not good, we have all his treatments being done by some known doctors in Mumbai.

Due to this reason I was released from my current project due to not able to work from Hyderabad location.

Now for serving Bench they should allow us to work from our base location.

What should I do and how to talk to the HR, the mail that I received from HR looks like Auto generated one.

How to proceed ahead.

Please advise.
