Trending @Cognizant; Received 3rd email from HR team asking written explanation for RTO

I received a 3rd email from HR team after 2 mails received earlier as Advisory and Warning, She has mentioned everything false against me. They have written after multiple times intimated by manager and supervisor I am not reporting to office.

Where as I am having daily communication with HR team post receiving warning letter.

ADP team and the Warning mail sent HR person also responded to me.

How come this HR is sending me a third mail stating everything incorrect.

She has also mentioned that I remain non productive as I failed to find a deployment in an available job opportunity for a long time. I received only one interview call in the beginning and they rejected me stating some random reasons.

Very harshly HR has written we have been paying you for almost a month without any work but cannot do the same anymore.

Moreover she is stressing on RTO more and has put some clauses in the mail against me.

I am wondering if I am not going to office, then who is going to office from past 3 days. How should I prove my presence to all the HRs.

Till the warning letter there was an another HR, now for third mail a new HR.

I responded back with all the email exchange proof that has happened between me and ADP team plus HR person.

I guarantee they won't read my justification as well.

Anyone going through this and does anyone have whats going to happen next.

She gave me 72 hours to reply back , which I did immediately.

HR and ADP seem to have received a target to reduce bench count. I would suggest you to start looking out for the job with immediate joining. They won't consider your justification. CTS will send a termination letter and give you an option to resign in 7 days.

They will send termination letter and ask me to put down papers?

They will send a termination letter and provide the LWD. In the same email they will try to be good and give you an option to submit resignation to avoid any consequences of termination in future career.

I too got an advisory email stating that I'm not reporting to my base location Bangalore. But I didn't take much stress about it. I politely answered back saying that I am already going to the Noida office after having written email permission from ADP Champs. I have been regularly reporting to the office from the day I was asked to, via email, after I came on the bench .

Even I'm facing the same problem my base location is Chennai. I am already reporting to the blr ofc after having an approval email. Again they allocated me to the Chennai project by rejecting the auto allocation project in the blr location and forcing me to report Chennai ofc. Even HR is also being harsh by her words after conveying my mother is unwell. I need to take care of her. They told me to do up and down 🙆🏻‍♀️ and take LOP. They are not even ready to give me a hybrid work model also.
Can anyone suggest what I want to do?

Look out side for a new job as well as internal switch to different team where resource is required. We are seeing people are not required in some skills and are short in other.
