Trending @Cognizant; Re-joined after maternity

I re-joined office after maternity and got project but in an interview manager asked me for RTO 2-3 days and I said ok that time but now it is very difficult for me to manage.so, can anybody suggest reasons to convince manager to get WFH?

Try to ask 1 or 2 month wfh, or report 1hr and come back to home

If it’s difficult for you to manage then you have to speak with your manager. I assume taking care of the new born is the real reason you want wfh. If your manager is someone with a family he may understand the situation and be little flexible.
