Trending @Cognizant; Rating after recent PA to A promotion

You guys are from which domain as for AIA there was no promotion in Oct 2024

Those who are promoted to A from Oct 2024 all are getting only 3 rating. My manager told me that she has submitted 4 for me but it gets normalised to 3 and the same is happening with all those who recently promoted.

I got 3. I have been promoted to Associate in Oct 2024
