Trending @Cognizant; ₹0 Incentive Bonus

Anybody here like me?

I fall in the 15% tax slab. My BU recommended bonus is approximately 42k

But the incentive slip shows all of the bonus went to tax.

Not sure how much bonus is needed to see an actual penny in my bank account 😔
