Greetings Everyone, I have one question - I will complete my 30 Months in December 27, will I be promoted to associate with effect on January or will it extended to next quarter that is april??

You will be promoted in Q4 that is effective from Jan. Your eligibility needs to fall in the same quarter for promotion.

Ideally you should be promoted in Jan, but last year this got delayed and went to March.
