The one who actually wants to leave the company they wouldn’t wait for any hike, there mind set not wait for any peanut hike.
Even, we can 80% people voted for leave the company still output these 80% only 15 to 20% can make that happen. Other will forget after 2 3 month.
The Indian CEO knows only how to take money from the company but he is not bothered about what employees are getting. He will fly away in a few years. I miss frank often, he treated companies like his own company.
Are you really considering tye hike to stay😂😂 Its not 20 to 30% its max 5%
Even if you switch with existing knowledge with same experience easily you can get 30 to 40% hike
So 5% wont even matter😂😂 The one who wanna stay will stay even in 3% hike to which is most of CTS folks
