Hi guys,

I resigned yesterday i.e... on 13th Nov from cognizant and my NP is 90 days. So, will I get Nov month full salary? Or will the whole 3 months salary be credited after LWD? What is clearance while NP I have no idea? Can anyone help me!

Yess...you will get Nov and Dec month salary. January month salary you will get after 45 days of LWD.

And whom do I need to talk to to reduce my notice period days? HR or home manager?
