Anyone promoted in the July promotion cycle and went to the office only in April, May and June?

Just asking as I am trying for the October cycle and I started the office from July and will continue in August and September.

Can someone confirm there is no issue in getting promotion in the October cycle na...except RTO I have 5 ratings, learning goals completed and utilisation is 100.
