Trending @Cognizant; Query regarding experience letter

Hi everyone i need a suggestion related to experience letter. After my last working day when will I receive this letter or before my lwd only can I download it. Can I mention whatever I want in roles and responsibilities. Does it need an manager approval to download. Please explain this as this is very important for me.
