Sorry if you feel this thing is repeatedly asked. Just a query. My work model is 2/3 days from office. So if I go only 2 days per week, do I still get defaulter Emails. I am lateral hire at M band. Still, I do not have any idea on how this works. Thanks.
If your are sure about 2-3 days per week then come at least 2 days. If u r not sure, ask your HM
In our account it's 2/3 days but 3days atleast you have to come else HR mails omas show cause. But this things are account specific according to my understanding..
If there is any non compliance in RTO, warning mails will be initiated to you before putting you in the defaulter list, so you can try 2-3 weeks by attending office only 2 days per week, if there is no mail, then there is no problem visiting the office twice a week.
Check with your manager. Policies vary. If your schedule is 2/3 days, sticking to it should avoid defaulter emails. Always best to confirm specifics with your manager.
