Trending @Cognizant; Query on ML(Maternity Leave)
Hi buddies, I want to know whether any of you are/were in ML? If yes then did your manager gave your project back to you or they released from the project Also if we don't want to take night shift/on call stuff, what are our further options? It will be almost 3 yrs by oct for me, in which 6 months are ML, so kindly suggest me ?
Hi in most cases you will be released from project since it's long leave - once you are back you need to check for new project opening - company cannot fire you for initial months but if no project after some time you will be asked to leave. Best to lookout for other options for fresh start if you don't get project in initial 2 months once joined back
