Actually 2024 learning goals are not updated for me on portal even after completion of 90%. Due to this reason last time I didn't get promotion. Now I have completed 2025 learning goals and percentage is 100%. Is it possible to consider 2025 learning. Iam eligible all the criteria if they consider this year learning goals instead of 2024.

Which year learning goals will they consider while promoting for this quarter. Please help.
