Trending @Cognizant; Query in TMP and Bench period

I am released and currently in VCDP pool with last date set to Feb 27. In TMP if I click on matching open SO nothing comes up. In my profile I have added a lot of skills In technical, functional and Domain. What am I missing? Definitely some openings should be available matching my skills. One observation is Ispire/IOS skills are empty. Kindly advise. Also when does ageing start? After Feb 27th?
