I am currently working in QE&A at A level and one of ADM team lead reached out asking if I can join ADM team at SA level but the requirement is urgent.

1. How to address this to my current manager to reduce my notice period
2. If I am being promoted from A to SA level what % of hike I can expect? CCTC: 10.65. YOE=5.5
