Does anybody have any idea when will the nomination window open/ HM will be able to nominate in Q4 for PA to A ?

I joined as PAT in Dec 23rd 2022. Am I eligible to get promotion to A in Q4. Means can I request my manager to nominate me in Q4? As I can see some people informs that on Nov 20th nomination window will open. So, can I ask to my HM for nominating me in this Q4?

In Q3 nomination window closed at August 30th better you ask your hm before November last week for nomination.
