I have completed my 30 months in April 30. I have a utilisation of 100% and rating of 4. I have completed external certifications and completed all my learning goals last year. But I didnt go to office during Feb. But I went to office on March, April and May. From Feb 6 to May 2, I have gone to office for 37 days to office which would be more than 2.5 per week. Will they consider this or will they strictly look for monthly calculations
