Hey All, My DOJ is 14th July 2022 My utilization is 100% My RTO is 2-3 days a week from April onwards. Domain is AIA Can someone tell whether I will get the promotion?

I have worked from Cognizant office 27 days out of 30 (10 weeks from April to 13th June ) excluding 1 day sick leave and 2 days client office.

You should get promoted by july month but as per some people here who confirmed through gsd, they are saying RTO is counted from 2nd Fed to 2nd May for Q2. So check if you meet the RTO criteria within these days. Ask your SM or project manager they can give confirmation.
