Trending @Cognizant; Q1 SALARY START DATE.

If we are getting getting promotion in April for Q1 then when will be getting the updated salary ? From April itself or by end of the quarter ?

Any idea any one . Promoted guys ?

This is very simple actually since Q4 guys got promotion update only on March they got arrear amount for Jan Feb as well, but most likely Q1 will be announced in April itself hence April end we should get associate salary 'IF PROMOTED'.
