My Doj May 2022 (34 months currently), Rating 4, Utilisation 100 %, Goals etc etc Good. And here comes the main lead i.e.,RTO My assigned work model is 2-3 Days per week Jan -4, Feb -12, Mar - 12 days I went. But my BU rejected by saying my rto is less than 1.5 average (the ask is 2.5) I can't understand one thing that when my HM pinged my HR, he replied I'm eligible for this quarter and the list is sent to your leads, but BU rejecting 🥲🥲what is this lame reason for rejection, I got these responses after a long wait for all the leads replies from 3 days of following up
Things are changing very worst in CTS. No more promotions, no onsite opportunities, no normalisations.
Don't trust HCM and leads, they will get everything promotions and other good rantings.
They just showcase to BM's as they lead the team as everything can be managed.
If the below issue is sorted, I guess companies will atleast start thinking from our perspective.
