Trending @Cognizant; Q1 promotion effective from ?

I have raised GSD last month as they mentioned in the resolution notes The Q1 promotion effective from March 1st.

Please be informed that, quarterly (Q1, 2025) Promotion effective March 1st 2025 is for P & PA level billable associates (IT). Promotion will be based on the YEA rating, tenure at level, Return to Office and finally based on the Business Unit's recommendation.

The criteria for Quarterly Promotion

includes

2024 YEA rating Tenure at level.

Return to Office-An average 2.5 days/ week in office or based on the work model between Jan 06, 2025 March 10, 2025

NOTE: The promotion nomination window is now open for the Business units. You may reach out to your home manager for more details on the eligibility.

Last date for Home manager nomination in Go Perform is March 26 th 2025.

Anybody knows any info regarding this ?
