Hi All, My doj : 26 july 2022. Connected with HR and she said I am not eligible for Q4 promotion but eligible for Q1 promotion and she said there is no communication till now for Q1 promotion.

I need your thoughts:

1.Whether Q1 promotion will kept on hold like Q4. 2. When we can expect Q1 promotion?
