I joined in February 2022 as a Programmer trainee and auto promoted in February 2023 to Programmer(P). After that 2024 April I got promoted to PA with 3 ratings. Now When Can I expect the ASSOCIATE (A) promotion. I am about to complete 3 Years in FEBRUARY 2025, Please Somebody Advice for my Query which will be very appreciative.
