I came to know from some folks that promotion will be given on half yearly basis. Can someone confirm ?

I am waiting for my promotion and suddenly last friday i got email that HIGH RISK and my project allocation going to be closed , Awaiting responds from my manager may its a promotion A to SA .

Nopes, It is happening on a quarter basis only, People did get promoted to Associate in Feb, March, July and September.
