Today we had a townhall, HR said promotion criteria :-
- Rating>=3 2.30 months from DOJ
- RTO 2-3 days/1-2 days/ WFH (Note:- PM should map this work model as per project requirement, everyone should follow the work model then only you're eligible).
[ The main thing is RTO here, there are some exception cases but it totally depends on BU ]
