My friend joined as Programmer Trainee on 14th March 2023, and he got a new designation as a Programmer last year but no hike. Will he be promoted to PA in April as he will be completing his 2 years on coming 14th. He got 4 and 3 ratings on 23 and 24. Please suggest..
