I joined Cognizant as a PAT, then got promoted to PA. I've been on a billable project continuously for the last 12 months, with green utilization and all learning goals completed. Based on this criteria, when will I get promoted to Associate?
Congrats for your 5 rating, Associate promotion depends on 2 Major constraints
- you need to have 3 and above rating
- Project billablity percent for the last 12 months - It need to be more that 50%
If you have cleared this constraints then your eligible for Associate promotion
Associate promotion will happens for every quarter. You DOJ was July, then you will be promoted in October
Note: Remind you Home manger for promotion

Will they consider go perform bilability? Or bilability from project start date?
May I know about RTO criteria? It should be 100% complaint or 80-90% is enough for promotion ?
I’m billable in project from 1st day of joining which is April 22. Got released in April 2024. And my rating is 3 in both year with 100 % goals completed. Is any chances of getting promoted from PA to A but currently I’m on bench. Please any guide me?
