Hey folks, please check your Associate 360. For me, I'm getting promoted from P to PA, but in Associate 360, it's showing 'Analyst' instead of 'Programmer.' Also, the change is still not reflected in Teams."

PAT to PA happens after one year that is not based on quarterly promotion, they confirmed you as a full time employee now.
