I got 5 rating and also received best performer of the month twie, I completed 2+ years here in cognizant. I have 4+ years of experience but still I am PA. Can anyone suggest me what to do to get promotion from PA >> A. I talked to my home manager, even I talked to my manager's manager nothing happened. I raised GSD so many times but it get closed automatically.
