Trending @Cognizant; Promotion PA to A query

I joined cts on feb 15 2022. In my first year,i was working on a project,after 1 year ,i was on bench for the whole 1 year, from last march i was working on a project. I am following weekly thrice rto policy also. Coming feb , i will complete my 3 years in cts. If i get 3 rating in yea, will i get promoted? Please share your thought folks.
