I got 2 rating last year so in 2025 Aug I didn't get promotion because of rating but I had completed 35 months currently. So this year when can I expect promotion after reflecting the rating of this year. Please anyone answer for this it will more helpful.

June cycle if you will get 3 or above …For March cycle,they will take 2025 rating

That is April cycle ryt? And is it auto promotion? Like should I have to ask manager anything about this now? Could you please tell me?

A to SA will not be an auto promotion. Manager needs to give.
