I have completed 2 years is Feb with good ratings 4 and manager said will promote in next quarter. But before starting next quarter I got released and onboard to new project. Will new project promote me? Any idea guys.

Guys ,now no more auto promotions ,your HCM has to approve your promotion in go perform,then only you will be promoted

Same situation bro for me as well….even my new project manager told that you will auto promoted in this Q2. But still my designation is not changed and no mail received regarding promotion.
