Hi guys, I have been working for CTS for 2.10years..I joined as a Programmer (p).and in 2024 I became PA . When I joined I was pursuing my master's degree(MCA). In 2022 I completed my Post gratitude course .But it's almost 3 years and I'm not getting any advantage of my degree. Like I asked for promotion to Associate as I have the experience along with skills and degree.But the management is saying we can't do anything.

Is there any process of taking the advantage of my degree in this company? Or is it possible to get promotion based on the exp and degree
