Trending @Cognizant; Promotion P to PA?

Last year, I was not promoted from P to PA due to my rating. For 2026, my rating has been released as 3, and I have consistently followed RTO guidelines. My utilization and timesheets are also fully compliant and marked green. Based on this, could you please confirm whether I am eligible for promotion and, if so, when I can expect the promotion? Will it be effective from march or april?
