I don't think it is promotion bcz if it's promotion then it should be changed to PA from P. I think they revised the salary structure for all associates who is working as P even if they having YEA rating as 2
Bro my yer rating is 5 and we should be promoted from P to PA but the mother fuckers did something changed role to Analyst and just now we received e letter it's 3.12 lpa
