Hi Guys, I have completed 2.6 years in CTS as Programmer. On Q1 my previous manager told that currently they are promoting 4 and 5 rating people but in Q2 you will definitely promoted. But in Q2 my whole project account forgot to nominate the promotion. They told like they are thinking promotion will auto approve as per criteria quality but now they know that it is manual process. They told that they are waiting confirmation from account team to initiate the promotion process again. They tell me to wait somedays in this month. Should I believe on this process. what is your opinion guys?
Bro they played with you. They have not nominated you previous quarter also because 3 rating people also got promoted. They are just lying with you because they don't want to promote ask your HM. Your HM is a big lier.
Hmm bro…..but I have checked with my HM….she didn’t get any promotion nomination mail on 5th june….not sure what is happening here….Can I raise this issue in Ethics and Compliance ?
Bro they don't get any mail. They have to check there Goperform like us they have a extra column showing my team. There they can nominate whom they want and for your information 5th June was the last date to nominate after that nomination window will be closed automatically.
Did you utilization skill up everything was green. If yes then call your hr bro ask your HM to call hr and confirm why your promotion is not showing or showing as reco
I already mail HR regarding why my promotion is not happening….and HR reply me back as Connect with your HM….and HM told that I have done all the things from myside….they just looping me….totally unjustified even HR also

All the PA to A promotions went on hold for there 2 quaters by Management, wo need to wait
I got 5 rating and 2 times best performance of the month award still when I talked to my manager he said he will talk to his manager, I reached my manager's manager, he said he will talk to his manager.
I fall under endless loop.
Conclusion: They are not going to give you anything till September apart from merit increase that to not so sure how much % we are going to get.

This are all to postpone the promotion. No one cares about the promotion. All will find a way to defer or reject the promotion l to make profit to the account.
Sad to tell you they clowned you so bad bro, it all depends on your connection with your hm and your project peers, hope you get promoted too
